Tonight....my Muse came back for a bit

For the past week and a half I have watched my father who is suffering from cancer and the chemo treatments be so sick ..I have never seen him this way..and i feel broken...He's been in the hospital.and so sick and so weak..my daddy who never complains never gives up said the words to me " I dont think I am going to get better honey"

.Here we are trusting complete strangers to care for the most adored man in our lives....I mean what else do we have..and then I remembered my faith...and I know now that all will be well...God will take care of things...
I havent been able to have any ambition to do any art since then,,,my muse is gone I thought..until i checked into my favorite Web Site Digital Whisper

and saw what the challenge was for this week...after reading about it ...I came up with something that I think explains The challenge very well....and odd that this would be the subject at this time in my families life..

Woke up to a nice sale from my Annie's Sentiment's Shop

All This is so good....We have had like most I am sure the Central air on for almost 30 days straight and our bill is going to be outrageous .....

So hopefully this will be a money makin day...Got to clean house and get ready for Jessica ( my daughter) and Ruby Sweet Pea ( my granddaughter) visit ..My daughter and I love to craft together and plan on making Ruby's Whose 2 birthday invites and decorations..

Something doesnt feel right in the house....

And because of it .. the digital art I have been making has been dark and gloomy...My Father has had to once again start his chemo treatments....we all had to beg him to try again...did we have the right to do that? My heart feels heavy is the family being selfish. wanting him to fight again...This Stupid CANCER.....takes so many people...

To loose my father I cant even fathom... so I choose to not think about it.. instead this other form of sadness is coming out...

I cant even post what I have done...they bother me so..Anyone who has family with cancer or any illness knows I am sure the pain you feel... watching...loving..waiting..hoping...Thought I could do this.. but not tonight...

Today is the kind of day you want to do watercolors by a pond

So beautiful outside...feeling creative...also knowing that I need to clean house..what to do what to do,,Hubby is playing golf....I did a few pieces ...this one below is called " saying goodbye"

I call the above piece "Listen to your inner muse" And I have played enough..the dust balls call...
